Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

Standard Shipping (£12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Tracked service with signature required

Free Shipping (Orders over £50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our professional fitness equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Combat gloves
  • Gym gloves
  • Body protections
  • Belts

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive Instructions: Our team will email return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship Item: Package securely and send to our Exeter facility
  5. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return

Exchange Process

Follow the same process as returns. In your email, clearly specify the replacement item you’d like (different size or model). We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original.

Refund Information

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
