Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Gymstick Shop, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade fitness equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for your convenience.

Returns Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Note: For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Combat gloves
  • Gym gloves
  • Body protections
  • Belts

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or model within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive Instructions: Our team will email you return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship Item: Package the item securely and ship to our Exeter facility
  5. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges, follow the same process as returns. In your email, clearly specify the replacement item you’d like. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
